摘要：由于经济危机的发生，致使这几年全国的经济水平都受到了不同程度的影响，大学生这个就业群体也无一例外地受到了冲击。社会组织可以在大学生就业促进中发挥重要作用，首先它能改变大学生对就业的认知，正确指导其就业，其次，它能为学生们创造更多的就业机会，提高就业率，第三，社会组织能给予学生平等的就业条件，但由于社会组织自身存在着一定的问题，让它在这几年的就业形势下没有发挥出其应有的作用。所以强化社会组织使它能够更好地促进大学生就业，在这一严酷地就业形势下就变得尤为重要。7668

The promotion of social organizations to studengts’ employment
Abstract: Because of the economiccrisis,the national economy has influenced college students, the employment population also without exception been affected. Shanghai this year the number of graduates reached 178000, employment rate29%, less than three, the social organization of course not to be an important mechanism for promoting students' employment, it can change thecollege students' perceptions of employment, the correct guidance of their employment, secondly, it can createmore job opportunities for the students,to improve the employment rate, third, the social organizationto give student sequal employment conditions, but because of the social organizations exist certain problems, let it out of its proper role does not playin the last few years of employment situation.So strengthening the social organization so that it can better promote the employment of university students, becomes in the grim employment situationis particularly important.
