摘要：新型农村合作医疗政策是为切实解决“三农问题”，为农民提供基本医疗服务，中央、国务院出台的提高农民健康水平的政策制度，在所调查地执行的十三年中，该县通过制定多种有利于农民的制度和规定，执行中采取了多种便民措施，农民在很大程度上享受到了政策的优惠。本文通过对该县新型农村合作医疗政策执行情况中的事项：参合情况、筹资方式、补偿项目、管理机制、受益情况的了解和执行情况问卷调查，应用统计分析和多元logistic模型分析，相互佐证，探讨目前县级新型农村合作医疗政策执行中存在的问题，从农民观念、政府行为、医疗机构功能等文度进行研究，并提出自己一些粗浅的建议。29517
