摘要：作为我国基层民主建设中的关键任务，村庄民主化治理使得民主意识与民主实践深深扎根于广大农村地区，民主选举、管理、决策及监督逐步依法实施。农村民主进程在基层村干部与村庄民主化治理的交叉互动中取得了巨大的进步。本文试图使用一组包含中国23个省份及4个直辖市的全国性大样本，基于村庄民主化治理的理论范畴，纳入对基层村干部个人特征的研究，从定量角度考察村干部自身经济、政治及宗族等特征对村庄民主化治理效果的作用，并依据实证结果提出有关的政策建议。29516

The influence of village cadres' personal characteristics on the village democratization governance
——Based on the empirical analysis of several villages
Abstract：As the key task of our country democracy at the grassroots level construction, village democratization management has made the democratic consciousness and democratic practice deeply rooted in the rural areas, and democratic election, management, decision-making and supervision in accordance with law, implement step by step. The rural democratic process has made great progress in the cross-interaction between the grassroots village cadres and the democratic governance of the village. This paper tries to use a group containing China's 23 provinces and 4 municipalities directly under the central government national large sample, based on the village democratization of governance theory, included in the study of village cadres at the grass-roots level personal characteristics, from a quantitative perspective village cadres' own characteristics such as economic, political, and their families, the function of village democratization governance effect and put forward relevant policy Suggestions according to the empirical results.
