摘要：医务社会工作的含义是在医疗卫生机制中，运用专业的社会工作技术和知识，为病人患者提供一系列相关专业的社会心理服务，从而达到康复的目的。在2000年，我过上海首次成立了医务社会服务部，随后在2009年新医疗改革中提出了全国开展医务社会工作。而这十几年过去了，上海医务社会工作发展怎么样？有哪些危机？这些问题是本论文关注的焦点。本研究运用了网络搜集、文献研究等方法，对上海市W医院医务社会工作这一个样本进行调查分析。通过分析W医院发展现状，了解目前上海医务社会工作存在的专业危机，从而明确目前的发展存在的问题，并针对上海市医务社会工作提出相应的运营策略。43771
The professional development, crisis and Strategies of medical social work in Shanghai
Abstract: Medical social work is the meaning in the medical and health system, the use of professional social work skills and knowledge, to provide social psychological services for a series of related professional for patients, so as to achieve the purpose of rehabilitation. In 2000, I visited Shanghai for the first time set up a medical social service department, then in 2009 the new health care reform is put forward medical social work throughout the country.
