摘要在国有企业改革的过程当中，由于经营不善等原因导致破产的例子并不少见。而企业的破产会直接影响到职工的生活，对于已经破产十多年的国企社区，退休职工目前的生活状态呈现着一番怎样的景象？本文通过对二十世纪末一个改革失败的大型国有企业的退休职工目前的生活质量的调查，详细叙述了该地区退休职工的基本情况、经济状况、社会保障、娱乐活动等方面的信息，结合访谈内容，揭示并探讨了该社区退休职工生活中存在的主要问题，并就自身感受和分析提出了相应的对策建议。30208

Title The Survey of Living Quality about Retired Workers in a Large State-owned Enterprise Community——As an Example of Liu Chong Ore in Hubei Province
Abstract
In the process of state-owned enterprise reform,it’s not uncommon for them to go broke because of bad management or other reasons.However,The bankruptcy of enterprises will directly affect the life of the workers.For the state-owned enterprise which has become impoverished for ten years,how do they live now? In this article,we investigate the present living conditions to retired workers in a large state-owned enterprise which was failed to reform,and describe the information about retired workers’ basic conditions,economic conditions,social security and entertainment activities there.Combining with the interview content,we discuss the main problems of retired workers in the community,and put forward the corresponding suggestions.

1 绪论
1.1 研究背景
的十八大报告中指出：“要毫不动摇地巩固和发展公有制经济，推行公有制多种实现形式，深化国有企业改革，完善各类国有资产管理体制，推动国有资本更多投向关系国家安全和国民经济命脉的重要行业和关键领域，不断增强国有经济活力、控制力、影响力。”国有企业作为国民经济的支柱，对推动我国经济的发展、进而文护政治稳定和社会安定都有着不可忽视的作用。自改革开放以来，针对国有企业的改革就逐渐展开，而在二十世纪八九十年代，随着计划经济体制的逐步瓦解和市场经济的深入发展，大型国企的改革面临了诸多的困境。改革成功的企业在竞争中脱颖而出，摸索后站稳脚跟，赢得一席之地；而在改革中饱受挫折、最终不得不面临破产的大型国企，尤其是依赖矿产资源发展的国企，在资源日益枯竭的情况下，又没有及时采取应对措施，只得以失败而告终。 大型国企社区退休职工生活质量的调查:http://www.youerw.com/guanli/lunwen_25808.html
