摘要:本文以上海武康路作为主要研究对象，对武康路的历史发展、人文要素做了较为系统的信息梳理，并结合资料，着重对武康路的街区保护与发展现状作相关调研，从探讨武康路建筑遗存、文化传承、商业发展这三个要素入手，反映了武康路建筑保护较为完整、有一定的文化传承力，商业业态形式多样的现状特征。在此基础上，本文通过阐述武康路的现状，归纳总结武康路管理规划及保护策略，进而分析现状中所存在的问题，并提出相应对策。最后提出自己的思考：人们追求武康路精致、小资生活的原因；武康路的文化意义对现代人生活的影响。通过对这两个问题的思考，体现武康路文化特征的与众不同、文化的重要意义。30852

一、绪论
（一） 研究背景和意义
近些年来，历史风貌街道对城市历史风貌的重要性日趋提升，也被越来越多的人关注。人们总是从一条条的历史街道中去发现、了解、感受这个城市的历史风貌。2005年，上海市政府批复的《上海市历史文化风貌区保护规划》确定了144条风貌保护道路，其中有64条一类风貌保护道路，武康路就是64条之一。同时，武康路也被当作上海市风貌保护道路保护规划的一处试点。为落实保护工作，上海市城市规划管理局随即组织保护规划编制，将工作重点放在了对武康路沿线整体景观予以保护和整治这两个方面。
武康路位于上海市徐汇区，原名福开森路（Route Ferguson），以辟路者美国传教士约翰•福开森的名字命名。由上海法租界公董局修筑于1907年（光绪三十三年），1943年改名为武康路。 上海武康路历史文化街区的现状研究:http://www.youerw.com/guanli/lunwen_26819.html
