摘要:本文旨在以耳鸣患者为例,由耳鸣权威医生与社会工作者共同领导,组织患者互助小组,达到严重耳鸣患者情况改良的目的,通过参与式观察、问卷法评估小组活动的有效性,论证协同领导在同质性医疗小组中起到的重要作用,为医务社会工作介入医院体系提供一种方式。医务社会工作者作为联结资源的桥梁,建立医务人员与患者积极有效沟通的平台,正在尝试介入已经发展成熟的医院体系中,必然将面临着要与医务人员合作的问题。耳鸣作为人主观上的感觉,且目前医学界尚未能找到根治的方式,容易让患者产生绝望感,严重影响其正常生理行为以及社会行为。30823

Application of collaborative leadership in the homogeneity of the medical team
Abstract: This essay takes tinnitus patients as an example. The tinnitus patients are the object of this service and they suffer from the tinnitus badly as well as can not adapt to tinnitus by themselves. This service is led by the authority doctors of tinnitus and social workers who organize patient support groups. The service evaluates the effectiveness of the group's activities by participant observation and questionnaire. The service demonstrates the important role of the cooperative leadership in the homogeneity medical group so that it can provide a way to hospital system for medical social work intervention. Medical social workers as a bridge to link resources, establishes the communication platform of medical staff and patients. They are trying to get involved to the mature and developed hospital systems, and they must inevitably face to cooperate with medical staff. As the subjective feeling, tinnitus, while the medical profession has not found the way to cure the tinnitus, can easily make the patients feel the sense of despair, severely affecting their normal physiological behaviors and social behaviors.
