摘 要:中小企业经济已成为国民经济发展的一个重要部分,目前中小企业在竞争激烈的环境中遇到很多前所未有的挑战,中小企业面对这些挑战的关键在于知识型员工的储备,但现今我国中小企业普遍面临着人才缺失的问题,这与中小企业对知识型员工激励不完善密切相关。本文首先列举了国外学者专家提出的比较有代表性的激励需要理论,然后在对国内外学者关于知识型员工的特征、需求、激励因素和激励机制等方面的研究成果进行分析总结,在此基础上,指出目前我国中小企业知识型员工激励存在的问题,并给出相应的改善问题的建议。38287 毕业论文关键词:中小企业;知识型员工;激励问题
Study on The Incentive Problem of Knowledge Workers in Small and Medium Sized Enterprises
