摘要 ：本文将选取宿迁市作为研究区，从社会、自然和经济三个因素下选取七个因子分别为地类、交通、地质灾害、地貌、坡度等适宜性分析。主要方法为层次分析法与加权叠加分析，以此来对宿迁市建设用地的适宜性进行定量与定性的评价。评价的结果将为宿迁市的城镇用地拓展提供参考。它可以衡量规划的合理性，从大体上掌握适宜地区的分布，从而使土地转变为建设用地有序、有效，更加方便土地的保护。从研究结果看，宿迁市建设用地适宜性整体上较高，总的分布规律以老城区为中心，向四周扩散，尤其是向正南方扩散。31563

Suqian construction land suitability evaluation based on GIS
Abstract:This article will select suqian as study area, three factors from society, nature and economy under seven factors selected respectively to class, transportation, geological disasters, such as landform, slope suitability analysis.Main methods for the analysis of analytic hierarchy process (ahp) and weighted superposition to suqian construction land suitability for quantitative and qualitative evaluation.Evaluation results will provide reference for suqian land for urban development.It can measure planning rationality, master appropriate regional distribution, in general, so that the land into construction land orderly, effective and convenient land protection.From the results of the study, suqian construction land suitability as a whole is higher, the total distribution rule in the old city as the center, to spread around, especially the spreading due south.Specific performance as follows:
