摘要：通过对拙政园内景点分类，选出具有代表性的景点，采用科学的景观评价方法：问卷调查法、知觉偏好法和行为偏好法对游客主观感知进行直接描述，并用行为测量法进行间接描述。对于调查所获得的数据采用量化分析法和图形分析法，基于SPSS得出调查数据之间的相关性，以提高景观评价的科学性。分析得出游客对拙政园景点的满意度与游客性别、文化程度、游客来源地、游客游园主要目的有关。男性对开敞的景点满意度较高，而女性则对私密、安全的景点满意度高；不同游园目的的游客数量由多到少依次为观光游览、休闲锻炼、摄影、学习，各自对景点的满意度也不同；满意度与游客文化程度呈正相关；外地游客的满意度比本地游客高。32403

The reach of the satisfaction degree of Humble Administrator’s Garden based on the landscape evaluation
Abstract: Through the category of attractions in Humble Administrator's Garden, this paper elected representative attractions and used scientific landscape evaluation methods, such as questionnaire, perceptual preference method and subjective preference method directly describe tourists’ subjective feelings and indirectly describe these in behavior measurement method. For survey data, this paper used quantitative analysis and graphical analysis method. Based on SPSS, it concluded correlations about sex, education level, district and the purposes to this garden to enhance the scientificity of landscape. Through analysis this paper reached a conclusion that visitors’ satisfaction with attractions in Humble Administrator's Garden was related to tourists’ sex, education, hometown and main purpose. Men were satisfied with open spots, while women are attracted to private and secure sights; tourists’ different purposes in the term of number from large to small were sightseeing, leisure activity, photography, learning. In the mean time their satisfaction of these attractions is also different; tourists’ satisfaction grades were positively correlated with visitors’ education level; foreign tourists were more satisfied than local tourists.
