摘要在当前国内汽车销售市场激烈的竞争形式下，XX汽车公司的产品品种少、质量差的弱点越来越明显的暴露出来。尽管价格下跌但高品质的汽车依然无法满足国内人们生活的需要，随着国民经济的持续快速发展，质量好、有竞争力的产品仍然有很大的市场空间。为了确保该汽车公司产品持续的竞争能力，提高公司品种开发的力度，经过多方论证，有必要对该地区原汽车制造厂进行流水线及工艺更新，以满足大生产的需要。32437
本文基于工程项目造价管理的基本原则和方法、在施工项目成本费用的组成和核算方法的基础上，介绍了项目管理方法在建筑行业的应用分析，并着重介绍了汽车制造厂施工项目成本预测、成本计划、成本控制、成本分析和成本核算的原理和方法。针对目前以施工项目作为独立成本核算和考核对象的特点，为适应建筑工程合理最低价中标的市场要求，对该项目成本管理进行了分析，并对优化建筑项目全过程造价管理与控制进行探讨。也达到作者本着“学以治用”的原则，用自己所学知识，对企业做一些实实在在工作的目的。作者通过体验，总结出关于项目管理的四句话：论证是前提，规划是基础，实施是关键，成功是目的。

Abstract
Under drastic competition environment in domestic car sales market, weakness that the species of XX car company's products shortage & bad quality is exposed clearly. Although the price keep decreasing and supply exceeds demand, high quality car still can not feed the demand of people's lives due to high speed development of domestic economy. Only common car price is decreased but high quality & rivalrousness car still have enough development room in market. To ensure the competition capacity of XX car company's products after crosscheck, it’s necessary to renew the process & assembly line of the region the original automobile manufacture factory to enlarge production capacity.
In view of basic principles and means, Component and accounting methods of construction items cost administration. We consider its independent character and peculiarity, meeting the needs of reasonable getting thebid by cheapest Forces, the thesis introduces its application and analysis in construction industry. Particularly cost forecasting, planning, controlling, analysis and accounting in the project about automobile manufacture factory. Combination of practical application get over lacking of systematism & programming in old engineering project management and reach a good result. At the same time, the author can use his knowledge to work for the company. Based on experience that accumulated, the author summarizes four sentences about project management, which is “argumentation is precondition, programming is the basis, implementation is the base, and success is the goal”.
