摘要随着经济和时代的发展,绩效评估越来越受到人们的关注,而其中关于公平感作为最敏感的指标也经常作为研究对象之一。本文基于周边绩效理论、绩效评估公平感理论和任务互依度的相关理论,将周边绩效评估分为工作奉献和人际促进两个文度,研究探讨了周边绩效评估两个文度对绩效评估公平感的影响,并引入任务互依度后分析它对周边绩效评估和绩效评估公平感的关系的调节作用。本文通过调查问卷的方式回收了206份问卷,并用spss17.0对调查数据进行回归分析得出,周边绩效两个文度对绩效评估公平感均存在正向影响,并且任务互依度存在调节效应,以此本文提出下列意见:推进组织的文化建设;依据周边绩效的作用建立完善的组织绩效评估体系;依据工作的任务互依性选择合适的周边绩效权重和标准进行绩效评估的相关意见。33001

Title The study of the impact of contextual performance evaluation on overall fairness of performance evaluation
Abstract
This study is based on the theory of peripheral performance, the theory of equity sense and task interdependence.The performance evaluation of the surrounding is pided into two dimensions of job dedication and interpersonal facilitation.This article will research on the impact of contextual performance evaluation on overall fairness of performance evaluation,and task interdependence' regulating effects on the impact of contextual performance evaluation on overall fairness of performance evaluation.In this study, 206 questionnaires were collected by questionnaire, and the data were analyzed by SPSS17.0 regression analysis.The two dimensions of contextual performance have positive effect on the fairness of the performance evaluation, and task interdependence is regulated of adjustment function.This study puts forward the views on the cultural construction of the organization.And according to the performance,employers establish perfect organizational performance evaluation system, and choose appropriate contextual performance as well as the weight and standard performance evaluation on the basis of task interdependence.
