摘要：随着城市化和工业化的发展，大批农村劳动力流入城市，这些流动的民工，由于身处新的环境，从时间和空间上割断了原有的基于亲缘和地缘的纽带，而新的社会网络又无法立刻建立起来，故仍然无法真正融入到大城市中去。从目前的情况来看，要解决好农民工问题，最有效的办法就是建立对城市农民工的社会支持网络。本研究希望通过对上海X区市场的实地调研，运用访谈法以及问卷调查法，以了解和分析农民工的总体的社会支持网络状况，并在此基础上尝试提出作为社会工作者应该如何去帮助农民工拓宽社会支持网络，以使他们获得更多的社会支持系统，尽快融入到新的环境中去，加速社会融合，为我国正在构建的社会主义和谐社会起到促进作用。33924

The study on the situation of social support network of Chinese rural-urban migrants—Taking X market in Shanghai as an case
Abstract：Along with the development of urbanization and industrialization, a large number of rural labor pour into the cities, the group of migrant workers, because of the new environment, their original bond based on kin and land was cut temporally and spatially, however, their new social network could not be immediately established, they can't really go into the cities. Currently, the most effective measure to solve the problem is to establish a social support network of urban-rural workers. This study is based on field investigation of Shanghai X market, using the method of questionnaire survey and interview, to understand and analyze of the overall social support networks of migrant workers in this area, and on this basis, trying to propose a plan in which what should the social workers do to help rural migrant workers to broaden the social support network, so that they can get more social support system and fit into the new environment, achieving a higher degree of social integration, then accelerate the pace of the building of harmonious society in our country.
