摘要随着中国城市化进程加快，大量农村青壮年劳动力正在向城镇转移。并且在人口老龄化日趋严重的社会背景下，老年人，尤其是农村留守老年人的晚年生活愈发受到社会的关注。然而目前关于农村留守老年人的研究大多从传统的“问题视角”，以反映该群体的需求和问题为主。因此本研究试图以优势视角为切入点，选取靖江市某村庄为例，对农村留守老年人进行研究，了解农村留守老年人的实际生活状况和需求、挖掘其个人能力和潜在的优势资源，并分析外部环境中阻碍能力发挥的不利因素，进而从社会工作的专业角度提出社会工作者能够提供的相关对策与建议，帮助农村留守老年人实现个人优势和生活环境的整合，完成农村留守老年人的价值重构。33953

Title A case study of some village in Jingjiang about the value reconstruction of the left-behind elderly in the village From the strengths perspective Abstract
With the acceleration of the urbanization process in China,a great deal of rural young labor force have been transferring to cities and towns.And under the social background of the aging of the population,the society starts to concentrate on the old age life of the elderly,especially the elderly in the village.However,at present,most study focus on the requirements and problems of the group from the traditional ’problem perspective’.Therefore this study tries to take some village for example in Jingjiang to do the research about the left-behind elderly,learn about the actual living conditions and requirements,find the personal abilities and the potential advantage resources,and then analyse the unfavorable factors outside from the strengths perspective.Moreover,some useful response and advice can be put forward from the social work angle to help the left-behind elderly to realize the integration of he personal abilities and the living conditions and achieve the valve reconstruction of the group.

1 绪论
1．1 选题背景
改革开放初期，工业发展迅猛，城镇成为了经济发展的重点，对劳动力的需求也与日俱增，吸引了大批外来务工人员。其中不乏把握机会寻求挑战的创业者、投资者以及踏实工作的一线工人们。
