摘要政府网站作为信息公开的第一平台,是我国各级政府履行职能、服务社会、实现政务信息公开的重要渠道。国内外学者对于政府网站建设也有大量研究,但是由于我国电子政务发展才起步,所以国内政府网站建设中还存在不少问题。作为政府网站的受众群体之一的公众,他们的评价反馈对政府网站发展也起着重要作用,公众满意度指数作为考评网站建设的一个重要指标,因此如何提升公众满意度是政府网站建设的一个重点。因此,此次将从公众满意度方面对政府网站进行调查研究。33982
此次研究主要通过对国内外政府网站建设公众满意度的相关研究的文献综述,在借鉴国内外公众满意度指数模型基础上,构建了公众满意度评估指标,并以南京市政府网站为例进行问卷调查。通过问卷的发放填写,根据汇总汇总结果对南京市政府网站得出以下结论:相关网站信息公开及时性、全面性等较差,网上办事效率低,官民互动性差,网页辅助功能待提升。并根据问题结果提出相关建议:加大信息公开力度,提高在线服务水平,发挥在线互动功能,加强网站辅助设计功能,借鉴国内外政府网站建设优秀经验。
