摘 要：就业能力是大学生为了适应社会大环境所需要具备的基本技能，就业能力的高低决定着大学生就业水平和就业去向。经管类专业大学生就业能力包括求职能力、保持工作持续能力、职业发展能力三个构成要素。当前，由于高校培养和大学生自身存在一些问题，部分高校经管类专业大学生普遍存在就业能力不足的现实问题，在分析上述原因基础之上提出以下培养对策：转变高校办学理念、健全就业管理机制、实施系统的就业指导、等，只有这样，才能有效提升大学生就业能力，促进大学生有效就业。34520

Professional College Students' Employment Ability And Its Training Strategies Research of Administration
Abstract: Employment ability is a basic skill for college students to adapt to the social environment. Also, its discretion determines the level of university students' employment. College students' employment ability of administration consists of three factors, i.e., job search capabilities, the ability to maintain a sustained work and the capability of career development. At present, due to the existing problems for college students themselves and the college education, part of college professional students of administration get caught the realistic problem with lacking of employment ability. Based on the analyses of the above reasons, the following training strategies are put forward, i.e., transforming the school-running idea and building employment management mechanism. Therefore, strengthening university students' employment ability can effectively improve college students' employment ability so as to promote college students' effective employment.

前言
