摘要：作为信息化科技发展的最新成果，移动办公技术的出现，为现代土地资源管理提供了一种全新的工作模式。移动办公环境集成了移动通信技术、数据库技术、计算机技术、远程移动办公系统和大规模互联网应用。土地利用变化作为地球表层非常突出的现象和标志，在当今发展趋势下它的识别研究需要借助移动办公技术加以实现。在移动办公环境下，用户在无需前去办公室，无需赶往现场，无需携带手提电脑或其他办公软硬件设备的情况下即可安全、快捷、高效地完成对土地利用变化的识别和研究任务，所需的必要条件就是现代人几乎时刻不离身携带的必备用具——智能手机。为了更加便于处理、分析土地利用变化信息，本课题将着眼于如何开发一款智能手机移动终端上的办公程序软件，来使得智能手机充分发挥其在土地利用变化识别研究过程中的快速处理作用。34943

Recognition and Research on Land Use Change             in Mobile Office Environment
Abstract：As the latest achievement of the development of information technology, the emergence of mobile office technology provides a new working model for the management of modern land resources. The mobile office environment integrates mobile communication technology, database technology, computer technology, remote mobile office system and large-scale Internet applications. Land use change is a very prominent phenomenon and symbol of the earth's surface layer, and it needs to be realized with the help of mobile office technology in the development trend. In the mobile office environment, users without the need to go to the office, without rushing to the scene, no need to carry a laptop computer or other office software and hardware conditions can be a safe, fast and efficient completion of the land use change recognition and research tasks, the necessary conditions required for the modern people's time is almost a must smart appliances to carry the mobile phone. 引言：Mobile Office Environment即移动办公环境，是在信息技术应用系统下，若干用户使用支持上网功能的手机，在2G/3G/4G/WIFI网络信号所覆盖的任意地点以及任意时间下，通过Mobile Office Environment系统对目标进行访问,进行相关紧急工作处理。土地利用变化的识别和研究已经成为当今国土资源管理工作的研究热点和前沿问题，这项庞大工程的完成不光需要借助常见的地理信息系统、遥感、全球定位系统等技术，更需要借助移动办公技术，使其得到更加便捷、快速的解决。经由Mobile Office Environment系统提供的接入服务，使用户可以手持平日工作、生活几乎时刻携带的智能手机，在没有必要赶往办公室以及现场的情况下,不需携带笔记本电脑、平板电脑等，即可高效率地完成土地利用变化的识别和研究工作。移动办公系统作为一个中介桥梁,将智能手机终端与需要被访问的目标数据之间进行一定的衔接,提供后台运行程序,并进行土地利用变化识别研究的逻辑处理,最终在智能手机界面上向工作人员或用户提供相应的数据导入、数据处理、目标分析、结果输出等专项功能。从另一种角度来说,在移动办公环境下识别和研究土地利用变化信息就是一种现有各信息技术应用的移动性无线延伸活动。 移动办公环境下土地利用变化识别研究:http://www.youerw.com/guanli/lunwen_32675.html
