摘要:近年来我国建筑行业发展迅猛,建筑企业的规模也随之被带动。然而在企业绩效不断拓展的背后,企业安全文化的缺失也随之暴露。近年来建筑企业事故频发,引发事故的深层原因,是企业对安全的忽视以及管理机制的不健全。因此, 如何科学严谨地对企业自身安全定位以及在事故发生前制定行之有效的措施是每个建筑企业亟需解决的问题。35483
本文以某知名建筑施工企业为分析目标,针对建筑企业安全风险因素不稳定的特点,采用安全检查表法企业安全危险源进行辨识,通过层次分析法确立企业安全风险指标体系,最后应用模糊综合评价表对企业安全风险进行综合评价,最后结合企业自身实际状况给出相应决策建议。
通过本文的研究,可以更为清楚客观地了解该企业的安全状态,通过对层次分析法和模糊综合评价法的相关研究,以AHP-FCE为基础建立了企业安全风险评价模型。结合了施工项目的实际情况,运用建立的评价模型对其实施安全风险评价,并验证了该模型的实用性和可行性。

Analysis and evaluation of safety in the construction enterprise
Abstract:With the fast development of construction industry in China recent years, the scale of the construction enterprise is driven. However, with the fast expanding of the enterprise performance, the lack of enterprise safety culture has been exposed. In recent years, many accidents in construction happened, the deep reason is the neglect of security and management mechanism. Therefore, scientifically rigorous landing for their safety orientation and formulating effective measures is each construction enterprise needs to solve.
We aim to analysis a famous construction enterprise, using Safety Checklist Analysis to identify hazards in the construction, using Analytic Hierarchy Process to establish the enterprise safety system, using fuzzy evaluation to evaluate whether the enterprise is safety. finally, combined with their own actual situation to give their recommendations.
Through the study of this article, we understand the security state of the enterprise more clearly and objectively, based on analysis of AHP and FCE, the model is established. We also use the evaluation model to evaluate the construction site by combining with he actual situation of construction projects, which verified the model is practical and feasible.
