摘要:大学应届毕业生的就业问题一直以来都是社会关注的焦点,同样也是业界研究的热门问题,鉴于网络求职已经成为高校应届毕业生求职的主要途径之一,研究大学生的网络求职行为及结果具有十分重要的意义。本文在搜寻、整理大量已有文献的基础上,类比传统求职强度,将大学生网络求职强度划分为简历制作、求职频率、求职广度、笔试(面试)准备4个文度,通过发放问卷的调查形式,研究其与求职结果的相关关系,得到如下结论:36645
1.简历制作与求职结果间呈现显著的正相关关系。
2.求职频率与求职结果间呈现弱相关。
3.求职广度与求职结果呈现显著的正相关关系。
4.笔试(面试)准备与求职结果间呈现弱相关。
本文在研究结果的基础上,对大学生进行网络求职提出了一些实用建议和参考。

The effect of College Students' Internet job-search intensity on job-search results
Abstract:The problem of employment of college graduates has always been the most concerned of the social focus, as well as a hot issue in the research of industry. In view of the fact that the Internet has become an important platform for college graduates to search for jobs, it is of great significance to study the Internet job search behavior of college students and the results. Based on the existing literature, the college students’ job-search intensity can be pided into 4 dimensions by analogy with traditional job-search intensity: resume making, job-search frequency, job-search breadth, preparation for examination (interview). The relationship between the dimensions and the job-search results has been found through the analysis of questionnaires. Conclusions have been found via the survey as follow.
1.Resume making has significant positive correlation with Internet job-search results.
2.There was no significant correlation between job-search frequency and Internet job-search results.
3.Job-search breadth has significant positive correlation with Internet job-search results.
4.There was no significant correlation between preparation for examination (interview) and Internet job-search results.
Based on the conclusions, this paper puts forward some practical suggestions for college graduates to look for jobs online.
