90后应届毕业生的入职管理研究

摘要:随着中国经济的不断发展,中国的企业也在有利的大环境下不断壮大,企业规模的提高直接导致了企业员工人数的增加,这也就涉及到了关于新员工的入职管理问题。再加上90后也逐渐步入职场,这对企业的人力资源管理提出了更高的要求。入职管理作为90后新员工进入企业的第一步,在员工的职业生涯中都占据着至关重要的地位。然而,很多企业并不重视90后新员工的入职管理,或者说他们并没有抓住现在90后新员工的特性,有针对性的进行管理,使得很多90后员工对企业的忠诚度不高,甚至随意跳槽的现象频频发生。本文将通过分析我国企业入职管理的现状,找出存在的问题,并加以完善,以期能为将来企业完善入职管理时提供一些帮助。36646

 The Research on the Career Management of post-90s Undergraduates
Abstract:Along with the increasing development of Chinese economy, Chinese enterprises have also been growing up under the beneficial environment, the improvement of enterprises’ scale direct led to the increasing number of the new employees, it also involves the questions about the new employees’ orientation management. And post-90s employees also gradually into the workplace, it comes up with the higher requirements to the enterprises’ human resources management. The orientation management as the first and the important step of post-90s new employees into the enterprise, becoming an important position of the employee's career. Many enterprises, however, do not pay attention to the post-90s employees’ orientation management, or they didn't catch the feature of the post-90s employees, targeted on management, making a lot of post-90s employees do not have high loyalty to their enterprises or even result job-hopping phenomenon occurred frequently. This article analysis the present situation of enterprises’ orientation management in China, finding out the existing problems, and correcting the problems, hoping to provide some help to the career management for the future enterprise.
