摘 要：随着酒店业的不断发展，酒店对于人才的需求也不断增加，高校便成了人才来源重要地之一。实习生满意度对酒店发展起着至关重要的作用。在酒店实习过程中会出现一些问题影响着我校实习生的满意度。为此通过经过问卷调查酒店实习情况，利用SPSS统计数据研究影响实习满意度的主要因素，尝试着结合实习经历从学校、酒店、实习生三方面分析导致部分满意度较低的原因有：实习生对工作环境不了解，自我定位过高，心理素质差；学校对学生实习辅导力度不够，关注度欠缺；酒店缺乏对实习生的正确认知、合理培训，薪资较低，制度不完善，缺乏沟通等，并相应提出一些应对思路。60182

Abstract: With the continuous development of the hotel industry, hotel demand for talent is increasing, colleges and universities has become the source of talent is one of the important. Intern satisfaction plays a vital role in the development of the hotel. There will be some problems affecting our interns satisfaction in hotel practice process. Therefore through after the questionnaire survey the practice condition of our hotel, use SPSS statistic data to study the influence of practice satisfaction the main factors, try to combined the practical experience from the school, hotel and intern analysis that leads to the lower part of the satisfaction are: Interns to work environment do not understand, self positioning too high, poor mental quality; school internships for students counselling efforts not enough, lacking of attention; the hotel's lack of the correct cognition to the intern, reasonable training, low wages, system is not perfect, such as lack of communication, and puts forward the corresponding some countermeasures.

1 引言
为了迎合现今旅游业和时代的发展，我校增设了涉外旅游管理专业的相关课程。实习无外乎是检验学生专业技能，强化理论和实践相互融合的重要手段，大多数院校的学生在校进行理论知识储备后，多半是在大三或大四学期安排学生去酒店企业实习半年或者一年，亦或是学生在校期间进行学工交替。我校旅游管理专业实习时间是在大三上学期，为期半年。推行育学于工，着力培养操作能力，探索发展有利增强学生实践的教学模式是我国现代教育教学的鼓励发展的方向。这类实习方法响应了教育部鼓励实行的政策，体现了学校的办学特色，检验了教学成果，增强了实践教学能力，也是我校对外宣传的方式。从学生的学习需求方面来看，有利于学生通过理论实践之后，加深对酒店行业的认识，对自身择业有更加清晰的认识和了解，既完成了学分要求又为以后就业提供了一条出路。现今我国酒店行业发展需要高文化高素质高能力的员工，学生是拥有较高知识水平和素质的廉价劳动力，在校受过基本的专业理论教育，酒店只需要针对性的进行岗位培训和指导，节约了时间实现快速上岗，充分利用了有效资源。在实习过程中，酒店可以发现适合留用培养的人才，有助于酒店“新鲜血液”的注入做准备。 旅游管理专业学生实习满意度调查研究:http://www.youerw.com/guanli/lunwen_65575.html
