摘要:燃气净化站是城市的重要基础设施。在燃气净化站中,燃气采取了一定的工艺生产,制造,净化,使其符合国家标准。燃气净化站也是中国现代化的发展过程中,致力于为保护环境,减少污染,并方便居民生活的一个标志,在二十一世纪,对中国的经济和环境起着重要的作用。然而,相对于其他主要的能源,即使燃气具有很多优点,但一旦气体泄漏,导致火灾,爆炸,会带来严重的生命和财产损失。燃气是易燃,易爆,有毒的气体,绝大多数人缺乏对燃气安全的认知,可能会导致许多事故,同时,根据燃气净化站的研究表明,其中的很多问题已经被发现却未能有效解决。这些问题是天然气行业的隐患,一旦发生事故,其后果可能是灾难性的。因此,对燃气净化站进行安全评价,可以帮助规范燃气被安全的使用和管理,找出存在的安全隐患,提出有针对性的防范措施,为控制事故提供依据。本课题结合燃气净化站的实际情况,对燃气净化站中的主要危险物质进行分析,计算其事故危害和损失,为燃气净化站消除安全隐患提供依据。6188

A safety evaluation to the gas purification station and Countermeasures research
Abstract: The gas purification station is an important infrastructure in the city. In the gas purification station, the gas has been taken a certain craft to production, manufacturing, purification, making it to become what could meet national standards. The gas purification station is a sign of the modernization process of development in China which could commit to protect the environment, reduce pollution, and to facilitate the lives of the residents. It plays an important role in China's economy and environment in the 21st century. However, ,compared to other major energy security ,even if the gas has many advantages ,but once the gas leak and lead to fire explosion, it will bring serious life and property losses. Gas is inflammable, explosive and toxic. The vast majority of people lack of the knowledge of the gas safety could result in many accidents. Meanwhile, according to the research on gas purification station , many problems has been found ,but hasn't been effectively solved. These problems are the hidden dangers of the gas industry, once accident, the consequences could be disastrous. Therefore, the safety assessment to the gas purification station could help them use and manage the gas normatively, find out the security risks, raise targeted security countermeasures, provide the basis for the control accidents. This safety assessment combined with the actual situation of the gas purification station, analyzing the main dangerous substances in the gas purification,calculating the accident damage and loss and providing the basis for eliminating security risks.
