摘要：随着医疗事故的频繁发生，医患之间的关系日益趋向矛盾化，引起了政府以及社会的关注。当下医疗趋向不仅需要提高医疗技术水平，而且需要平衡好医患关系。本文在以往研究的基础上，基于人在情境中的视角分析医患关系的现状并讨论如何协调医患关系的冲突。38725
社会工作理论认为，人类的问题及来源于人自身，同时也来源于环境因素。“人在情境中”就是强调将医患个人因素和医疗以及社会环境结合起来。医务社会工作的介入，首先是界定医患关系的定义，其次是通过沟通理论和社会认知理论塑造社会工作角度下的医患关系，其三则是从平衡医患信息、运用理性情绪治疗法、加强医患之间的信托感和提供专业心理辅导这四方面对其介入。
本研究对了解医患关系的现状进行了问卷调查，通过调查分析得出引起医患关系矛盾与冲突的主要原因主要有：其一，医患互相存在认知上的差异，导致归因的认识性与动机性偏差；其二，随着医疗制度趋向市场化，我国“看病难，看病贵”的现状和医疗资源分布不均的局面愈加严重；其三，政府出台的政策没有具体的问题具体去分析，而是把问题统一化、概括化的去看待，导致问题发生时，解决方案的指向性的模糊和不明确。
最后，鉴于我国的医务社会工作事业正处于初始和发轫阶段，本文认为通过医务社会工作的专业方法介入医患之间的关系，对于创建和谐的医患关系有着极为重要的价值。
