1  绪论
    建筑业作为我们国家经济支柱产业之一。在我国改革开放不断深化的今天，政府职能转变和企业经营机制转换的过程中，建筑装饰施工企业已经走入市场，正在逐步适应社会市场经济的客观要求。随着装饰施工企业数量不断增加，施工人员队伍不断扩大，。由于建筑装潢工程业具有产品固定，人员流动大、施工现场立体交叉作业多、建筑物变化大、形状不规则等特点[3]，施工中不安全因素多，危险性大,工作条件差,而且点多面广，预防难度大。加上从事建筑装潢施工的工人大多都是没有经过安全生产技能教育培训考核的农民工，缺乏必要的安全生产知识和自我保护意识，违章作业比较在生产过程中比较常见，建筑装潢施工企业安全生产管理懈怠不重视、投入安全成本低、措施不到位等原因导致建筑施工安全事故不断发生，人员伤亡和财产损失十分严重[4]。在飞速发展的今天，建筑装潢施工中开始大量使用新的技术、新设备、新的操作工艺、新型的材料等，建筑装潢施工变得越来越机械化以及专业化。随着装潢施工工艺发生变化生产效率和质量也在不断提高，可是问题慢慢凸显，施工中存在的不安全因素也越来越多。在现阶段加强安全生产是眼下必须着手解决的问题，同时也是现阶段安全生产的发展要求。 某工程装潢施工现场安全评价(3):http://www.youerw.com/guanli/lunwen_38093.html
