摘要电子商务在当代社会的经济活动中扮演者越来越重要的角色,连锁餐饮业中开展O2O业务也成为必然的趋势。通过对国外先进管理方式的学习,我国餐饮业在管理方面已经有了长足的进步。但是由于我国在供应链管理方面的发展较晚,仍然存在一些问题。本文先分析连锁餐饮企业面临的市场形势,梳理餐饮市场一些常见的运作模式,并分析其优缺点。然后根据连锁餐饮企业自己在规模、资金、信息整合和利用等方面的优势,构建出贯穿其整个供应链的一体化管理模式,针对电子商务环境下连锁餐饮企业管理存在的问题进行阐述,为其行业企业发展提供一些优化管理策略和建议。27082

Title Chain catering O2O optimization strategy of Supply Chain Management Research
Abstract
As the electronic commerce activities in modern society play an more and more important role in the development of O2O business, chain catering industry has become an inevitable trend. Based on the foreign advanced management mode of learning, China's catering industry in the field of management has made great progress. But due to the late development of supply chain management in our country, there are still some problems. This paper will first analyzes the market situation of chain catering enterprises catering market, combing some common mode of operation, and analyze its advantages and disadvantages. According to the chain catering enterprises in scale, capital, information integration and utilization of the advantages, to construct the integrated management mode throughout the entire supply chain, according to the existing restaurant chain management under the e-commerce environment problems are discussed, for the development of enterprises to provide some strategies and suggestions to optimize the management.
