 The influence of Chinese traditional philosophy to modern enterprise management research

Abstract   nowadays, Chinese enterprises are in the future, after the great historical turning period, facing unprecedented historical opportunity and challenge. Chinese traditional culture contains the rich management thought, which represented by Confucianism, Taoism, legalism and the most influential. Confucian emphasis on one's own culture; Taoism emphasizes the natural rule; Legalism emphasized the rule of law.

Grand system of this paper is focus on Chinese traditional thought, through a lot of reading literature review, through comprehensive analysis and comparative analysis, etc., in the view of modern enterprise management, a comprehensive interpretation of Chinese traditional thoughts, to excavate the contained in the traditional thoughts of management ideas, provide guidance and reference for the modern enterprise management.
