摘要为了贯彻中央国务院关于农村工作的文件精神，文护广大农民土地承包经营权以及合法收益，全国按照统一部署，各省试点县正按照文件要求、相关行业规范、技术规范开展农村集体土地承包经营权的确权颁证工作，按照要求，以宗地为单位，逐一确定每宗土地的权属、界限，掌握每宗地的地理空间信息，土地利用信息，为不动产登记做好基础数据准备。在此项工作中，测绘单位成为工作的主要力量。40846
  本毕业论文是建立在所承接的安徽省亳州市涡阳县店集镇农村土地确权颁证项目的基础上，对于工作方法、技术的总结与思考，本人以实习生的身份参与单位的此项土地确权颁证工作。本项目在充分利用原有的测绘资料的条件下，在充分进行摸底调查的基础上，进行GPS控制网的布设，工作底图的制作，进而开展农户承包地块的量测工作，完成签章图的绘制、地块分布图的制作、地块面积的量算，并按照技术设计要求完成公示审核，签订承包合同，建设数据库并进行数据入库，建立农村土地承包经营权登记薄，并将数据导入涡阳县农村土地承包经营权管理信息系统，提交成果并进行资料归档，验收合格后打印并颁发证书。

Abstract In order to implement the file spirit of the party central committee under the state council about the rural work, maintain the broad masses of farmers land contract and management rights and legitimate income, pioneer provinces across the country are in accordance with the relevant documents requirements, industry standards, technical specifications to carry out the management rights of rural land right verification agencies work, in this work, surveying and mapping unit become the main force of the work.
  This article is established in the undertaking of bozhou city, anhui province guoyang dianji town store counterpoising truly certified project on the basis of rural land, for the working methods, technical summary and thinking, the project under the condition of making full use of original data of surveying and mapping, on the basis of fully investigated in parts, for the layout of GPS control network, the work of production, reproduction and measurement of land, land distribution, the plot area measure and calculation, and complete the public according to requirements of the technical design review, sign a contract, make land distribution, contract block diagram, the construction of database and data warehouse, set up the right to the contracted management of rural land registration, import guoyang county to the contracted management of rural land management information system, print the certificate, submit results and conduct data archiving.
