摘要：自我国改革开放以来，经济在快速发展，人们的物质条件得到了很大的改善，与此同时，对安全及环境的要求也越来越高。众所周知，改革开放之后，我国的铁路建设事业取得了很大的进步。据铁路总公司称，到 2015 年底，全国铁路营业里程已超过12 万公里，居世界第二位，其中高铁 1.9 万公里，居世界第一位。但在铁路建设高速发展的同时，铁路施工安全事故也在不断增加，铁路施工过程中的安全问题日益受到了社会各界的密切关注。因此，深入研究轨道施工安全工作管理对轨道行业的健康发展有着十分重要的意义。 本文主要以某铁路轨道工程施工现场作为重点研究对象， 在系统地介绍该施工现场的施工情况后，经过对施工现场可能存在的危险有害因素进行分析辨识，以多种评价方法为工具， 采用不同的组合方式对建筑施工存在的技术安全隐患进行了安全性分析。与此同时，对不同的评价结果进行比较，选出较为合理的评价结果，从而针对已发现安全隐患提出相对应的对策措施，希望能够使得该工程施工现场的安全管理从此次的分析中得到有助于减少事故发生的建议与方案。  41183

Safety accident prevention and control in the construction of a railway track project
Abstract:  Since China's reform and opening up, the rapid economic development, people's material conditions have been greatly improved, at the same time, the safety and environmental requirements are also getting higher and higher. As we all know, after the reform and opening up, China's railway construction has made great progress. According to the railway company said that by the end of 2015, the national railway mileage has more than 120 thousand kilometers, ranking second in the world, of which the high speed railway, ranking the first in the world. However, with the rapid development of railway construction, railway construction safety accidents are increasing, and the safety problems in the process of railway construction have become more and more concerned by all sectors of society. Therefore, it is very important to further study the safety management of railway  construction in the healthy development of the railway industry. This paper mainly to a railway engineering construction site as the research object, systematically introduce the construction situation of the construction site, through the dangerous and harmful factors that may exist in the construction site were analysis and identification, with various evaluation methods as a tool, the groups of different ways of construction existence technology security risks in the security analysis. At the same time, to compare the result of different evaluation, selected more reasonable evaluation results, thus to find security risks and propose corresponding countermeasures, hope help to reduce things so the suggestions and solutions to make the safety management of the construction site from the analysis.
