摘要:随着社会的进步和发展,当今社会已步入了知识经济时代,经济全球化的态势日益凸显。国家和企业之间的竞争越来越激烈,核心员工在企业中的作用已经毋庸置疑,企业的核心员工建立了企业的核心竞争力。企业之间的竞争渐渐转变成核心员工,由于人们就业观念的改变,企业核心员工流失的问题已经成为企业面临的严重问题,企业想要吸引、留住人才必须转变观念。本文首先探讨了企业核心员工的特点,剖析了当代企业中核心员工流失存在的问题和原因,最后本文着重从人力资源管理的角度提出了建议,并从绩效、薪酬、企业文化、职业生涯规划等方面提出了措施。42130

Causes and Countermeasures of the Loss of Core Staff in Enterprises
Abstract:With the social progress and development, today's society has entered the era of knowledge economy, economic globalization trend is becoming more and more obvious. More and more intense competition between countries and enterprises, core employee in the enterprise role beyond doubt, the core employees of the enterprise established the core competitiveness of enterprises. Competition between enterprises gradually transformed into the core staff, due to a change in people's concept of employment, enterprise core employee turnover problem has become enterprises are facing the serious problem that enterprises want to attract, retain talent must change idea. Firstly, this paper discusses the characteristics of core employees in enterprises, analysis of the contemporary enterprise core staff loss existing problems and reasons, finally, this paper puts forward suggestions from the perspective of human resource management, and puts forward the measures from the aspects of performance, salary, corporate culture, career planning and so on.
