摘要:随着城市进入高速发展期,许多建筑工地也如雨后春笋般出现,起重机械的数量与日俱增,应用范围也越来越广泛。大型起重机械存在着很大的安全风险,所以管理人员必须在施工现场考虑各个方面的因素,更为关键的是管理方必须针对在地下空间这一本来就具备高风险的特殊环境下进行起吊作业。因此在进行风险评估时管理人员也应该把地下空间也一并纳入考量范围内,对整个施工现场进行科学的定量定性分析。本文以某地下工程的大型起重机械吊装作业为例,进行定性分析然后使用未确知数学以及集对分析法来对风险进行定量分析评估,判断施工作业的安全状况,根据定性和定量分析计算,我们可以得知该工地属于较安全的级别,尽管如此,现场还是有一些风险指标需要进行更加严格的控制。文章还针对这些现场的风险指标提出了一系列的控制措施来控制风险。我参考现场实际风险指标和现场专家共同制定了一套风险指标体系,具有一定的参考性,可以给其他类似的建筑施工提供一套借鉴的模板。42750

Risk assessment and control measures for hoisting operation of large-lifting equipment in underground construction
Abstract:As the city into the high speed development, many construction sites also sprang up, increasing the number of hoisting machinery, range of application is becoming more and more widely.There exists large hoisting machinery safety risk, so managers must consider all aspects of factors in the construction site, and crucially management must be aimed at the underground space is inherently possess high risk under the special environment of lifting operations.Therefore when carries on the risk assessment management should also be within the scope of the underground space is also considered, scientific quantitative qualitative analysis was done for the whole construction site.Based on the underground engineering of large hoisting machinery lifting job, for example, qualitative analysis and the use of unascertained mathematics and set pair analysis to quantitative analysis of the risk assessment, determine the safety status of construction work, according to the qualitative and quantitative analysis and calculation, we can learn that the site belongs to a safe level, however, the scene there is some risk indicators need to be more tightly controlled.The article also on these field put forward a series of risk indexes of control measures to control risk.I refer to the site actual risk indexes and field experts jointly developed a risk index system, has a certain reference, to other similar construction to provide a reference to the template.
