摘要：随着经济的快速发展，人们的生活水平也在不断的提高，城市化的进程也在不断得到推进，建筑事业也就随着得到很大空间的发展。建筑工程在发展的同时也需创新管理、精细化管理来保证建筑施工工程的质量，在一个建筑工程施工周期中，有很多方面的问题，建筑工程施工现场的质量监督管理可以说是最重要的一个。随着时代的进步，人们对于工程质量的要求越来越高，施工现场的质量监督管理在建筑工程中的重要性也随之凸显出来。因此，本文就施工现场的质量监督管理进行了分析探讨，综合对比分析国内外监理现状，并以监理单位的角度，从影响施工质量的因素出发，论述了如何使我国监理单位在施工现场能够更有效率的进行监理。42833
