摘要：高校学生社团是高校学生组织的重要载体，是凝聚和引领广大学生的重要载体和有效途径。近年来，上海高校学生社团发展十分迅速、影响日益扩大，学生社团在发展过程中遇到的各种新问题也不断涌现，迫切需要加以研究和规范。所以，了解及研究现在大学生社团发展中的问题及对策，找出影响社团发展的主要因素，通过社团负责人的视角对高校学生社团进行研究，总结探讨大学生社团建设的有益经验，促进大学生社团的健康持续发展。43474

研究中采用了《关于上海高校学生社团发展现状与对策的调查问卷（指导老师与社团骨干特别版）》这一问卷，采集了673个有效的数据样本。通过对这些数据样本进行了数据分析，了解高校学生社团的基本情况，以及内部管理、财务制度和人事制度方面的内容。本文以社团负责人的视角，在上海市68所高校进行了问卷调查，综合运用数据的统计和分析，以欧美高校社团发展历史与经验为理论基础，对上海高校社团的发展进行了要素分析，分析影响大学生社团发展中的主要问题以及问题产生的原因。最后，基于实证分析，提出解决的主要对策。本文中认为，要解决当前上海大学生社团发展中的问题，从根源上改变当前社团发展的瓶颈，同时高校应更加重视社团在学生成长成才中的重要作用,积极探社团建设新模式、新思路和新方法,最大限度地发挥社团的育人功能,为社会主义现代化建设培养高素质的人才。此外最重要的是社团应健全社团内部制度、加强管理,更重要的是激发社团活力和持续力，这才是问题的根本。
