摘要：随着浦东开发开放25周年，上海的经济实力越来越强，老龄化程度也越来越高，人们在关注物质需求的同时，也越来越关注精神需求。在这种情况下，社区精神文明建设也迎来了一个高峰。随着社区为老服务的大力推广，老年人的需求在不断得到满足，政府、社会组织、企三方力量都在介入社区为老服务，然而这三方力量对各自的定位和如何共享资源上都存在着问题。所以本次课题的研究提出了以下几个方面的内容，分别是社区居民的为老服务需求、社区为老服务运行的现状分析、社区为老服务运行的困境和如何有效提高社区为老服务现状的对策建议。通过本次的研究结论，提高老年人的参与度，进一步推进社区为老服务发展。以康桥社区为个案，通过实证调查和分析讨论，做出适合本地区发展的社区为老服务的理性选择，并对上海市其他社区关于为老服务问题的探究和实践提供可资借鉴和参考的思路与建议。43476

Community service for the elderly——a case study of Shanghai Cambridge community as an example

Abstract：With the 25 anniversary of Pudong's development and opening up, Shanghai's economic strength is growing, the degree of aging is also increasing, people are concerned about the needs of the material, but also pay more attention to spiritual needs. In this case, the construction of community spiritual civilization also welcome a peak. With the promotion of community service for the elderly, the needs of the elderly in continue to be met, the force of third party in the government, social organizations, enterprises are in involved in community service for the elderly, however there is a problem in the position and how to share the resources of the three party forces. So this topic research proposed the following several aspects of content, community residents for old service needs, community for old service operation situation analysis, the plight of the operation of the project and how to effectively improve the community service for the elderly.Through the conclusions of this study, we hope to increase the old participation and further development of community service for the old. Based on the Cambridge community as a case, through a discussion of empirical investigation and analysis, make a rational choice which is suitable for the regional development of community for the old, and provide valuable referenced ideas and suggestions for other Shanghai communities ,then they will find the good way to exploring and meeting the demand the old need.
