摘要在我国经济快速发展的前提下，建设社会主义新农村、实行城镇化战略是农村发展的必然趋势。在城市经济平稳增长的同时，乡镇能在其牵引下迅速发展，两者发展息息相关。梅县桃尧镇是新农村建设的直接体现，本选题旨在国家政策的支持和本人对新农村建设探究的基础上，结合目前桃尧镇的现状，从经济、人文、地理位置等角度，对桃尧镇发展成为优秀小乡镇做了认真的分析并提出了建议。本项目有利于引起全民对乡镇建设规划的重视，加强对实际情况的把控，实现合理规划、合理改革。最终缩小城乡之间经济文化发展差距，实现共同发展。45382

Abstract
On the premise of the rapid economic development of China, both the construction of the new socialist countryside and the implementation strategy of urbanization are the inevitable trend of rural development. With the stable economic growth in city, the development of towns become rapid , which relative in each other deeply. Taoyao town of Meixian reflects the new socialist rural construction. This topic which aims to the support of national policy and writer’s opinions by studying, combining the current development of the town, from the economic, cultural, geographical location and other point of view, hopes to build an outstanding small town, for which putting forward critical analysis and suggestions This project will help bring national attention to the construction of township planning, strengthen the practical situation of the control, to realize the reasonable planning and reform. 一、前言
