摘要存货是指企业或商家在日常经营活动中持有的以备出售的产品或原料、处在生产过程中的在产品、在生产过程中或提供劳务过程中消耗的材料、物料、销售存仓等。作为企业的第二利润源泉,是公司的一项占有很大比例的资产,直接关系到企业的资金占用水平以及资产运作效率。目前,存货管理失效的企业普遍存在,导致的原因很多,研究起来较为复杂和困难,尤其是对于小微企业来说,关注存货管理的人虽多,但真正能够结合小微企业的实际情况去帮助企业解决实际问题的甚少。公司股东的利益及其他相关者的利益与公司存货管理状况密不可分,所以,存货的管理至关重要。现有的存货管理的方法主要有ABC存货分类法、物料需求计划(MRP)管理、适时制(JIT)系统管理、企业资源规划(ERP)管理、存货的信息化管理供应链管理(SCM)系统管理等。本文主要以徐州乔源商贸有限公司贾汪分公司为例,对其在江苏省徐州市贾汪地区近1年的存货管理情况进行研究。找出徐州乔源商贸有限公司贾汪分公司在存货管理中存在的问题,提出解决问题的建议与方案,以减少因管理不善、人为原因造成的存货的积压和资金的占用,节省不必要的开支,使存货风险降低,进而实现企业价值最大化。46264
