摘要在我国进行社会主义现代化管理的实践过程中，民营企业这支不可或缺的队伍在其中发挥着重要的作用。然而在当今这个高速发展的社会，民营企业的很多管理行为已明显不符合社会的可持续发展要求，如果再不进行合理的整治，必将引起更严重的问题。本文首先对民营企业管理中的伦理问题进行研究，其次分析了民营企业伦理缺失的原因，详细论述了该问题存在的内因和外因，由此提出了具有现实意义的解决中国民营企业管理伦理问题的可行性对策。希望对民营企业培养合格的管理者、改进管理方式、提高管理水平和管理效益有所借鉴。49415

Research On The Management Ethics Problems In The Private Enterprise

Abstract

In practice of China's socialist modern management, the private company of the indispensable team plays an important role. However, in today's rapid development of society, a lot of private company’s management behavior hasn’t meet to the requirements of the social sustainable development. If not to make the reasonable modification, it will cause more serious problem. This text researches on the private company’s management of the ethical problems, then it analyses the reasons of the lack of private company’s ethics, and discusses the internal and external causes of the problem in detail. At last, it proposed the solution of practical significance which to solve Chinese private company’s management ethics problems .And the writer hopes that it can help to develop qualified managers, improve the methods of management, enhance the level of management and management efficiency.
