居民特性对社区公共服务设施配置的影响

摘要：社区公共服务设施配置的最终目标是为小区居民提供一个舒适安宁、方便的居住环境。合理的城市社区公共服务设施空间分布结构，是影响城市社区服务发展的重要基础。
本文第一部分为绪论，阐述了论文研究的背景、意义、思路、内容和方法以及国内外研究现状等。第二部分是概念分析，包括社区和社区公共服务设施的界定，以及公共服务设施的内涵、配置类别、需求特征和理论研究。第三部分则是对居民特性的研究，是论文的重点。这一部分详细介绍了人对居住环境的要求以及基本的需求，居民的行为活动类别、活动特征，不同年龄段、受教育程度不同、收入水平不同的居民对社区公共服务设施的需求有很大的差异。第四部分是基于居民特性的影响的社区公共服务设施配置建议。第五部分是案例分析。最后是论文的结论,社区公共服务设施的配置应以不同消费层次、不同家庭特征、不同的社区年龄结构和文化程度特征等作为配套标准修正性参数，共同构成体现居民差异性需求的设施配置标准。20461

The impact on Community public service facilities Configuration by Characteristics of community residents
Abstract:The ultimate goal of community public service facilities configuration is to provide a comfortable,quiet and convenient living environment for residents. Rational distribution of community public service facilities in city space structure, is an important basis for affecting the development of city community service.
In this paper, the first part is the introduction, introduces the research background, significance, ideas, content and methods and research status from domestic and abroad.The second part is the concept analysis, including the definition of community
and community public service facilities, connotation, and the configuration of public service facilities category, demand characteristics and theoretical research. The third part is the research on the characteristics of the residents, is the focus of the paper. This part introduces the requirements of the living environment as well as the basic requirements, characteristics of residents behavior activity categories, activities, different ages, different level of education, income level of different requirements of the residents of the community public service facilities are very different. The fourth part is the community public service facilities configuration is proposed based on the characteristics of the residents. The fifth part is the case analysis. The last part is the conclusion, the community public service facilities should be based on different levels of consumption, different family characteristics, different community age structure and culture feature as standard correction parameters, together constitute the facilities standards demand differences.
