大型民营企业企业社会资本对组织公民行为的影响研究

摘要当前，中国民营企业处于大发展时期，企业社会资本逐渐累积，其对组织公民行为产生的影响，引起来广泛的研究共识。本文在掌握相关理论知识的基础上，从企业社会资本对组织公民行为的产生正向作用进行研究，采用问卷发放调查的方式，选取对比样本企业进行实地的数据采集，进而分析数据，归纳得出结论企业社会资本对组织公民行为有正向作用，提出对企业社会资本提升的可行建议。旨在为企业在激烈的竞争压力下，激发每一位员工都能充分发挥组织公民行为，提高组织绩效。49424

The Study of the Impact of Enterprise Social Capital on Organizational Citizenship Behavior in Large Private Enterprises

Abstract

At present, China's private enterprises are in a period of great development, enterprise social capital is gradually accumulated and its impact on organizational citizenship behavior arouses a wide range of research consensus. On the basis of mastering the related theoretical knowledge, this paper studies the positive effect of enterprise social capital on organizational citizenship behavior, and uses the method of designing questionnaire, selecting the comparison sample to have field data collection, then analyzes data and finally sums up the views and makes a conclusion that enterprise social capital has a positive effect on organization citizenship behavior. The author also puts forward feasible suggestions for the promotion of enterprise social capital. The purpose is to inspire every staff to give full play to organizational citizenship behavior under intense competitive pressures, and to improve organizational performance.
