摘要近年来随着高校学费的不断上涨“因教致贫”现象不断涌现，对其这种现象的研究也是屡见不鲜，但是对于贫困家庭高等教育支出的有关研究还是相对较少的。本文主要从贫困家庭的角度来研究其高等教育支出负担状况。文章先对“贫困家庭”这一概念做出理论解释，再对贫困家庭高等教育支出能力和国家对贫困家庭的扶助力度这两点给出理论假设，然后结合文献史料，并辅以实证调查和数据分析，最终证明假设成立——高等教育费用超过了贫困家庭的支出能力，在国家对贫困家庭的扶助力度不够的情况下，使得贫困家庭面临着过重的高等教育支出负担。49519

The empirical analysis on poor families' higher education expense burden--taking the student of arts from humanities of the university of science and technology as an example
Abstract
In recent years, as college tuition keeps rising, the phenomenon that people become poor because of education fees constantly emerges. There are many researches on this phenomenon. But the number of the relevant researches on the higher education expense condition in poor families is quite small. This paper focuses on the higher education expense condition in poor families. It starts with the theoretical explanation to "poor family". Then it gives theoretical hypothesis to poor families' ability on higher education expense and the effort our country pays in poverty alleviation. At last, by combining with materials empirical research and data analysis, it proves the hypothesis that poor families do not have the ability to pay for the higher education expense. Poor families suffer a lot from the higher education expense without enough effort our country pays in supporting them.

贫困家庭高等教育支出负担的实证分析
——以某理工院校人文学院文科生为例
0 引言
最近几年，大部分高校的学费都定在5000元左右，再加上住宿费、餐饮费、交通费、通讯费、文化娱乐等费用，一个大学生的开销每年要在万元以上，培养一个大学生家庭总投资在4万元以上，对于贫困家庭来说这无疑是个天文数字，远远超过了贫困家庭的实际承受能力。佘迎红（2003）通过调研得出的结论认为我国居民高等教育支付能力在不同阶层、不同经济发展水平地区间存在着巨大差异，贫困阶层对高等教育学费的支付能力远远低于目前大多数高校学费收费标准，造成该群体高等教育入学率相对下降，且有继续下降的趋势[1]6-10。茅于轼（2008）也认为就教育公平而言，学费上涨过快已经超越了群体支付能力，学费水平整体上要适应居民收入水平的规律被打破。正确处理好贫困家庭高等教育问题事关我国高等教育事业的迅速发展。本文通过对某高校人文学院贫困学生家庭的收入及花费在高等教育上的支出进行比较分析，提出相应的合理学费的标准以及政府与学校应采取的措施，从而帮助贫困家庭减轻高等教育费用支出负担。 贫困家庭高等教育支出负担的实证分析:http://www.youerw.com/guanli/lunwen_52515.html
