摘要：伴随着国家经济实力的不断增强，以及国家2020年全面建设小康社会的百年计划的到来，最突出的问题就是贫困问题。本文针对最低生活保障制度，研究农村居民对最低生活保障制度满意度。本文采用问卷调查上海农村以及宿州农村地区，通过spss软件运用多元logistic分析，以及相关分析得到的调查数据，得出影响农村居民对低保制度满意度因素有：享受低保的家庭结构偏小，但是居民对低保满意度不受家庭结构的影响；农村家庭因为疾病、子女上学而导致家庭贫困比较多，且导致贫困的原因以及贫困的持续时间对低保满意度影响较大；享受低保比不享受低保对低保政策满意度更高；享受低保是否受到歧视对低保制度具有显著影响，主要是因为居民的心理因素，不能正确的面对自己的实际生活状况；低保金的保障效果也是影响居民对低保满意度重要影响因素。并针对这些问题提出相关建议：（1）发展贫困地区经济建设，积极改变农村贫困现状。将致富之渔授予农民，从根本上摆脱贫困。（2）加强监督机制，完善举报机制。（3）低保户选择实行民主评困。（4）加大宣传力度，让更多的农民了解低保制度。81444

Research on the satisfaction of rural residents to the minimum living security system
Abstract: With the continuous improvement of the national economic strength, as well as the national plan of building a moderately prosperous society in 2020, the most prominent problem is the problem of poverty。 In this paper, the minimum living security system, rural residents to the minimum living security system satisfaction。 This paper adopts questionnaire survey in Shanghai rural areas and suzhou rural areas, by SPSS software using multivariate logistic analysis, survey data and related analysis, the influence factors of rural residents' satisfaction: enjoy the minimum living security system guaranteeing the family structure is small, but the residents of the low satisfaction is not influenced by the family structure in rural areas; because of illness, family labor and lead to less poverty more, but long-term poverty does not affect the satisfaction of residents living in poverty, the short-term low satisfaction influence; enjoy low does not enjoy low to low policy than higher satisfaction; enjoy minimal assurance whether discrimination has a significant impact on the minimum living security system, mainly because of the psychological factors of the residents。 Unable to face their actual living conditions; guaranteeing payment of the guarantee effect Residents are important factors affecting the satisfaction of subsistence allowances。 And put forward relevant suggestions for these problems: 1, the development of economic development in poor areas, and actively change the status quo of rural poverty。 Will be granted to the farmers to get rich, fundamentally out of poverty。 2, strengthen the supervision mechanism, improve the reporting mechanism。 3, low-income families choose to implement democratic poverty。 4, increase publicity efforts, so that more farmers understand subsistence allowances system。
