摘要：随着我国落榜考研生人数的不断增加，落榜考研生就业难已经成为社会不容忽视的一个重要问题。研究落榜考研生的就业困境和出路分析，有利于解决落榜考研生就业难的问题，有利于推动高等教育现代化进程，有利于构建社会zhuyi和谐社会。本文从落榜考研生的就业现状展开调查，重点分析落榜考研生的就业困境并对落榜考研生的就业困境的原因进行分析。在此基础上提出：充分发挥政府的宏观调控的作用，深化高校教育体制改革，提高落榜考研生自身素质、转变就业观念是解决当前落榜考研生就业困境的有效途径。79308

Abstract：Every year, many people take part in the postgraduate examination。But every year there are a lot of people can not be admitted。In order to promote the modernization of higher education in China, it is necessary to analyze the employment difficulties faced by college students and give a way out of employment。This paper first investigates the employment situation and then analyzes the causes of the employment difficulties and finally gives out the employment situation。This paper argues that the government should give full play to the function of the government's macro regulation and control。Universities should continue to intensify the reform of education system。Finally, college students need to change the concept of employment and employment, improve their own quality, this is the fundamental way out of employment difficulties。

前言
每年考研结束后都会有不少考生成为考研落榜大军中的一员，落榜考研生人数庞大，已经成为高校毕业生中一个越来越不可忽视的群体，落榜考研生这一群体也逐渐引起了国内学者的关注。目前，我国对落榜考研生的研究主要集中在就业难的一面。但是，这种研究方法过于片面，忽视了落榜考研生的就业困境及其原因的相互联系，也没有对落榜考研生的就业出路给出全面的分析，缺乏研究的整体性。论文网
