摘 要：改革开放以来，随着经济发展的需要、人们生活工作的需要,中国物流业发展的越来越快，规模逐渐扩大。但从总体上来说物流发展还处于起步阶段，其发展速度慢、水平低，存在着众多问题。而由于经济快速发展对物流业的要求相对较高，物流业发展的水平不高，导致两者之间的矛盾日渐突出。本文从淮安市的实际情况出发，运用SWOT分析方法对淮安市物流业的优劣势等进行分析，还研究了其发展过程中存在的一些问题，并在此基础上提出了相应的对策。77174

1 引言
