摘要“以人为本,安全第一”。建筑工程安全状况的好坏是施工项目成功与否的重要因素,安全无事故的优良工程是企业持续健康发展的重要保证。改革开放以来,随着国民经济的飞速发展,建筑业逐渐成为我国社会经济的支柱性产业。然而,由于目前我国建筑市场不规范,建筑法律法规不健全,亦或是由于建筑企业内部管理混乱、管理水平不高等因素引起建筑工程安全事故频繁发生。文章在系统地分析总结国内外关于建筑工程安全事故研究现状及发展的基础上,着重论述了对于建筑工程安全事故分析方法的研究和具体的应用。50124
论文在资料收集和整理的基础上,首先重点阐述了选题和课题研究的意义,综合分析了目前国内外工程安全事故的特点和类型,然后结合具体工程安全事故案例分析了工程安全事故的成因。在分析影响工程安全因素时引入层次分析法,建立工程安全事故影响因素的层次结构模型,通过采用定性与定量相结合的方法研究了各影响因素的重要性程度,针对影响因素的重要性程度提出相应控制措施。最后,对全文进行了总结,并对文中内容需要进一步研究方向提出了展望。

Abstract People is the basic,and the safety is the first.The condition of construction engineering good or not is a very important factor to the engineering projects .Good projects with safety and no accident are very important to ensure enterprises who want to develop healthily .Since the reform and opening up, with the highly development of our national economy , construction industry is becoming the pillar industry of our national economy gradually. However, due to non-standardizing of construction market, distempered ness of law and bad quality and disarray of internal management, it often causes construction accidents. Based on the local and oversea analysis of safety accident theories and applications, this article systematically discusses the methods and applications of construction quality accident analysis.
Based on the fully collect and tidy up of dates , author focus on instructing the title of this paper and the meanings of research, comprehensively analysis the current characteristics and types of project safety accidents china and abroad, and then analysis the causes of engineering accidents combined with specific engineering safety accident . The analytic hierarchy process (AHP) was developed for the analysis of factors influencing the engineering safety, establishing engineering accidents hierarchy model of affecting factors, through the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods to analyze the importance degree of each influencing factors, on influencing factors of the importance degree of the corresponding control measures are put forward. Finally, author summarize the full text , and the content of this paper need to be further research prospect is presented.
