摘要：房地产行业作为我国经济体系中的支柱型产业，其健康发展影响着体系中的其他行业的发展。房地产开发企业不光是要面对市场的消费主体、市场供求关系、消费者需求及宏观政策的不断改变，并且还要面临着国内其他企业及国外企业进入房地产市场之后的激烈竞争，如果房地产开发企业要想在竞争如此剧烈的市场中保持长期、可靠的竞争优势，那么培养和提高企业自身的核心竞争力对其生存和发展而言是非常必要的。
所以培养企业的自己的核心竞争力是及其重要的。本文主要以剖析房地产开发企业的核心竞争力作为着眼点，打造其核心竞争力的评价指标体系，并提出了如何有效地培养和提升房地产开发企业的核心竞争力的方法和途径，为企业制定自身的经营战略提供了切实有用的依据，因此具有重要的现实意义。50256

Real estate industry is a pillar industry in economic system of China, the healthy development of the real estate industry affects the development of other industries in the system. The constant change of the real estate enterprises not only face the main consumer market, supply and demand in the market, consumer demand and macroeconomic policies, but also facing the other domestic enterprises and foreign consortium in the fierce competition in the real estate market, if real estate enterprises want to maintain long-term and steady competitive advantage in the fierce market competition, and build and improve the core competitiveness of enterprises has become the only way for its survival and development.
So it is very important to cultivate the core competence of the enterprise.
