摘要：股权结构与公司治理的规范、企业运行的效率戚戚相关。从股权集中度方面来看，其对公司经营的影响是正面还是负面，学者们得出的结论也不尽相同，从不同的角度、不同的利益立场上，会有不同的观点。本文利用2014年创业板411家上市公司的数据，实证分析中国创业板上市公司的股权集中度与企业治理效率的相关性。研究发现，股权集中度与公司治理效率存在正相关关系，并提出了有关建议，以期促进股权结构的合理化，提高公司治理效率，实现中国创业板企业的有序运营和健康发展。50982

The gem listed company study on the relationship between the ownership concentration and corporate governance efficiency

ABSTRACT:Ownership structure and corporate governance norms, works is the efficiency of the enterprise. From the aspects of ownership concentration, its effect on the company's business is positive or negative, scholars have different conclusion, from different angles, the interests of the different position, will have a different point of view. This paper, by using the gem data of 411 listed companies in 2014, the empirical analysis of China's gem listed company ownership concentration and corporate governance efficiency. Studies have found that ownership concentration and corporate governance efficiency exist positive correlation, and related Suggestions are put forward, in order to promote the rationalization of equity structure, improve the efficiency of corporate governance, realize the orderly operation and healthy development of China's gem companies.
