摘   要随着中国经济的快速发展和人民生活水平的不断提高，人们的旅游形式开始变得多元化，传统观光旅游增长的同时休闲度假游也迅速发展，融合了旅游业和房地产业的旅游房地产的前景将越来越广阔[1]。旅游房地产是开发项目全部或者部分实现了旅游功能的以休闲度假为目的的房地产开发、经营项目[2]，是旅游业发展成熟的产物，顺应了“旅游+”的发展趋势。本文通过对旅游房地产内涵和类型的研究，结合当下无锡市旅游业的发展方向，分析无锡市发展旅游房地产的条件，以及发展中的瓶颈和挑战，再结合新时代下的发展机遇，提出无锡市发展旅游房地产的新思路。76803

Abstract With the rapid development of China's economic and the improvement of people's living standards, the form of tourism starts to become more and more varied。 Traditional sightseeing tours along with leisure travel are all of rapid development。 The prospects of the tourism real estate ，which combined with tourism and the real estate industry will become more and more broad。 The project of tourism real estate is all or part of realizing the function of tourism for leisure purposes, real estate development and management project。 The tourism real estate is a product of tourism’s development and conforms to the "travel +" trend。 Based on the study on the connotation and types of tourism real estate, combined with the current direction of tourism development in Wuxi, analyzing the conditions of development of Wuxi tourism real estate, as well as challenges and bottlenecks in development, combined with new development opportunities, new ideas of development of Wuxi tourism real estate should be put forward。
