新型科技园区杭州未来科技城海创园创业生态系统研究分析

摘要在互联网时代背景下，世界科技行业发展迅速，在这个过程中，逐渐出现像硅谷、128公路这样互联网科技先进企业的科技园区，此类先进科技园区经过长时间的探索和实践已经发展成为一个成熟的创业生态系统，为互联网和科技行业创业者提供了优越的环境和发展氛围，并通过与园区企业不断的互动与配合不断成长，形成一个彼此依赖，共同成长的生态系统。在我国30年的科技园区发展历程中，从最初的地区产业集聚中心到现在的战略新兴产业发展的起源地，已经取得了丰富的成果，但相比于国外先进的科技园区生态系统，我国科技园区仍有很多学习和模仿的地方。51487

本文的目的便是希望从科技园区和创业生态系统的本质出发，在梳理国内外科技园区企业发展相关研究的基础上，结合国外先进的案例分析，整合一套完整的创业生态系统构建和维持理论，对现今杭州未来科技城海创园这个科技园区创业生态系统进行讨论分析，对比这海创园与成熟生态系统之间的差异与共同点、优势与劣势，并在其日后的发展规划中提供一定的参考建议。

Under the background of the Internet age , the technique and science industry in the word are developing with a high speed . In the course of this period , there are many outstanding technique and science zones like “Silicon valley” and “128 highway” gradually formed in the world. Having gone through the long discovery period and plenty of challenges, they learned and had improved their abilities of commuting and cooperating with the technique and science company inside the zone. Therefore they finally developed into a perfect ecological system of entrepreneurship ,which provide a resourceful platform for the industry and the entrepreneurs. As we look back to the road of developing technique and science zones of our country, we can find that we had also made a great progress in the vield of constructing excellent technique and science zones. However ,we still have long way to go to construct a perfect economical system of entrpreneurship like “Silicon valley”, by the way of imitating and learning their behavior and pattern.

This essay aims to build a systematic theory of the ecological system of entrepreneurship on the basis of early theory and experiences , by analyzing the famous and excellent cases of the ecological system of entrepreneurship, on the other side ,we will discuss about the new technique and science zones in China ,taking example of “The innovation science park of oversea and high level talents ”, with the purpose of giving constructive suggestion to their development.
