摘要建立建筑企业信息管理系统，能促进建设领域结构调整，使得日常管理能够有序的进行。大幅度地提高管理水平和综合效益，促使建筑行业从粗放型向集约型转变。

本文在国内外建筑企业管理信息化相关研究基础上，总结了建筑企管理信息化的理论基础，指出了建筑企业信息化管理就是利用信息技术，特别是计算机技术、网络技术、通信技术、控制技术、系统集成技术和信息安全技术等，改造和提升建筑业技术手段和生产组织方式，提高建筑企业经营管理水平和核心竞争能力，提高建筑业主管部门的管理、决策和服务水平。通过查阅文献和实地调查，提出了近年来我国建筑企业基本上普及了CAD，3维CAD在施工图设计、建筑方案设计等方面得到广泛应用的研究现状。提出我国建筑企业在发展中存在信息制度制度落后、系统利用程度不高的问题，进而提出了一些相应的措施。最后以上海建工和中建一局四公司的信息化管理作为实证分析，信息化管理在建筑领域的成功应用，希望通过这两个案例，促使建筑进行信息化管理。51596
