摘要小城镇建设是我国一直以来的战略措施，也是实现全面小康的重要措施。改革开放以来，我国小城镇的建设虽然经历了高速的发展，取得了积极的成果，但同时也存在着许多问题，阻碍着小城镇的发展。目前，小城镇普遍存在着城镇规划不合理、城镇规模普遍较小、农民进城就业难、公共品的供给不足、经济活力较差等突出问题。为此，有必要制定科学合理的城镇规划，规范城镇规模，完善城镇建设中的社保体系鼓励城镇产业经济发展，以促进城乡之间的要素合理的流动，使得资源配置达到最大化，实现城乡经济、社会发展的协调。51763

Predicament and Countermeasures for the Construction of Small Towns

Abstract Small Towns is a coherent strategy advocated the CPC Central Committee since the reform and opening up, the full realization of the new era is an important measure of well-off.
