摘 要:进入21世纪以来,随着信息技术的发展和科学技术的革新,我国的经济发展迎来了又一个黄金时期。为了适应市场经济的发展,企业的用工形式更加的灵活,这样劳务派遣制度就应运而生。劳务派遣是在劳动力市场发展实践过程中提出的一个现实制度,作为一种新型的经济劳务的形式,具有无限潜力,发展迅速,灵活的特点。运用劳务派遣能够有效的提升管理效率,提高竞争力,优化人力资源,确保企业的综合效益。然而,随着形势的发展,劳务派遣也衍生出了一些问题:派遣员工的合同问题,合法权益的保障问题,新酬问题,企业滥用劳务派遣等问题。因此,必须在理论分析的基础上,进行反思,并结合实际,提出符合我国劳务派遣的可行方法:如,以劳动法为原则,签订合同;坚持同工同酬的制度,控制劳务派遣的范围;完善法律法规等促使其走向合理化、制度化、专业化。56036
